Xero accounting sync

Push invoices to Xero and keep each booking's payment status in sync automatically.

Connect your Xero account and Lettably can create invoices in Xero from a booking and keep the booking's paid/part-paid status in step with Xero — no double entry.

Connect Xero

Go to Admin → Integrations and connect your Xero organisation. You can then push a booking's invoice to Xero in one click.

How payments stay in sync

  • Automatically: Lettably re-checks open invoices in Xero on a schedule (twice a day) and updates the booking when a payment is recorded.
  • Instantly: open a booking and press 'Sync from Xero' for an immediate refresh.
Once a booking is fully paid, Lettably stops re-checking it — there's nothing left to learn from Xero.
