Emails & notifications

Every automatic email, who gets it, and how to edit the wording.

Lettably sends branded emails at the right moments — to you, your customers, your leads, and your staff. You can edit the wording of any of them.

To you

You get a 'new booking / enquiry' alert the moment one comes in. Set the address it goes to under Settings (the 'Where booking notifications are sent' field).

To customers

  • Automatic on an event: enquiry received, bank-transfer details, booking confirmation.
  • On a timer: balance reminders, review requests, and an abandoned-cart nudge.
  • When you press a button: booking form, hire agreement, approved/declined, deposit invoice.

Editing & pausing

  • Edit any email's subject and wording under Admin → Email templates.
  • Use 'Pause customer emails' (Settings → Email) to silence customer emails while you test — your own booking alert still comes through.
