Pricing, deposits & delivery

Rates

Set per-day, weekend, and weekly prices, with optional discounts for longer hires. You can also block out maintenance/blackout dates per item so they can't be booked while they're out of action.

Deposits via Stripe

Take a deposit at checkout through your own Stripe account. Card details never touch Lettably. You choose per item whether paying the deposit instantly confirms the booking, or whether you approve it first (see The booking workflow).

Delivery zones & fees

Under Delivery zones, add postcode areas and a fee for each. When a customer enters a delivery postcode, the right fee is added automatically so they see the correct total before they book. Items can be collection-only, delivery-only, or both.

Discounts

Create promo codes under Discount codes, and set automatic loyalty discounts for returning customers.
